On July 27th, 2025, Prof. Deming Li, President of Green World International Group, together with Mr. David L. Zhang, Vice President of Green World International Group and President of Green World Africa Region, together with a delegation from Nanjing Agricultural University (NAU), Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences (JAAS), and Jiangsu University of Science and Technology (JUST) conducted a comprehensive field inspection to the Green World International Uganda Modern Agricultural Cooperation Park. The visit received high-level attention from the Ugandan government, with the Hon. Vincent Bamulangaki Ssempijja, Senior Presidential Advisor and former Minister of Defence, accompanying the delegation throughout the day.

Accompanied by Mr. Isaac Ren, General Manager of Green World International Uganda Branch, the delegation inspected the 1800 mu (approximately 120 hectares) agricultural cooperation park. As a demonstration project of China-Uganda agricultural collaboration, the park is driven by technological innovation and circular economy, focusing on agricultural and forestry waste utilization, deep processing of agricultural by-products, modern timber processing, and the development of a digitalized seed station, to create a modern agricultural benchmark in Africa. In addition, the delegation warmly interacted with a large number of local residents, sharing agricultural knowledge and fostering mutual understanding.

In the afternoon, the delegation visited a coffee seedling base in Lukaya to conduct a field study. As a strategic project of Green World International Group in Uganda, the base showcases a full industrial chain layout from seedling cultivation to processing. The expert team exchanged with local coffee farmers, gaining detailed insights into the entire production process—from seed to final product—including soil suitability, cultivation techniques, harvesting, and processing methods.

During the visit, Prof. Ruifu Zhang, Dean of the College of Resources and Environmental Sciences at NAU, together with Prof. Deming Li, conducted a live demonstration of advanced coffee seedling cuttage techniques. They provided step-by-step, hands-on training on the application of Green World Nutriplant Organic Plus Fertilizer (NOPF) during the cutting process, and offered professional recommendations on key growth conditions such as light and air circulation. Their guidance significantly improved the traditional coffee cutting propagation methods in Uganda.
