At 14:00 on October 19th, coinciding with the launch of Green World International Group Blueberry Festival, 2025 General Manager Meeting of Green World International Group was held as scheduled at the Nanjing production base. The meeting involved a total of 31 participants, including managers from the five major regional branches. Prof. Deming Li, President of Green World International Group, Mr. Peter Li, President of Latin American Region, and Mr. Shaobo Liu, President of China Region, also attended the meeting. Ms. Rainie Wang, dean of Green World International Business School, served as the host. On the meeting, the in-depth discussions on topics such as market operation, production logistics, system optimization, and product compliance were conducted, aiming to break through global operational challenges through cross-regional and cross-departmental collaboration, and to clarify the path for the group's subsequent development.
At the meeting, the managers from the African region, Latin American region, Central Asia region, Southeast Asia region and China region presented their actual operational experiences and put forward core demands such as adapting to regional market strategies, optimizing web pages and operation systems, collaborating on products and supply chains, and strengthening team building.
Regarding regional specific issues and global common problems, the senior management team of the group and the managers of each branch have identified four solutions: In terms of market strategies, they adhere to "tailoring to local conditions", for example, the Latin American market focuses on promoting lifestyle products and functional foods, while the African market focuses on small packaging products and agricultural product certifications; In terms of product core competitiveness, they emphasize "Quality and innovation are equally important", they need to ensure product quality through the supplier audit system, and also accelerate the progress of compliance certification and new product development simultaneously; In the internal collaboration mechanism, they require "front-end and back-end collaboration", the production base needs to closely connect with the market team, and the international trade department also needs to coordinate with the branch companies to share the shipping plan to avoid information asymmetry; In terms of operational efficiency improvement, they follow the principle of "prioritizing efficiency", from system upgrades, supply chain acceleration to service mechanism optimization, all are carried out around the core goal of "improving operational efficiency and empowering distributors".
At the end of the meeting, Prof. Deming Li delivered the concluding remarks. She first expressed her gratitude to the global managers who participated the meeting despite the geographical distance. She also thanked everyone for devoting themselves to the meeting and discussing development during the joyous and lively blueberry festival. Regarding the follow-up work, she put forward three expectations: First, she hoped that the suggestions from market could provide important references for the production, research and development, and sales plans in 2026. Front-line branch managers need to take on their responsibilities seriously and convert the suggestions into specific actions to steadily promote the direct sales business and break through the existing performance. Second, in the face of the rapidly changing global market environment, it is necessary to constantly adjust the strategic direction to ensure it is in sync with the market development trends. Third, the enthusiasm and creativity of the young team should be fully stimulated, and their market development potential should be unleashed to inject new impetus into the group's development.
This General Manager Meeting not only sorted out the "problem list" for optimizing the global operation of the group, but also clarified the "action guidelines" that can be implemented. Subsequently, the group will use the consensus reached at the meeting as the guideline to promote the acceleration of the implementation of various plans. Through more precise strategic layout, more efficient operation system, and a better product matrix, it will continuously inject momentum into the global health cause and help the group achieve higher-quality development in the international market.
