Mr. David L. Zhang, Vice Chairman of Green World and President of Green World African Region, Returned to China for Inspection and Cooperation

On June 10th, 2026, Mr. David L. Zhang, Vice Chairman of Green World and President of Green World African Region, returned to China from South Africa and was warmly welcomed after arriving at Green World Nanjing production base. He immediately embarked on a series of intensive and productive business inspections, internal management reviews, and industry-university-research cooperation activities.

On June 11th, Prof. Deming Li, Chairman of Green World and Mr. David L. Zhang, President of Green World African Region, accompanied by others, visited the cooperating company--Jiangsu Guoxin-union Energy Co., Ltd., for inspection. Mr. Weigang Zong, Chairman of Jiangsu Guoxin-union Energy Co., Ltd., personally received the delegation and introduced the company's exhibition hall and production facilities. The two sides held in-depth discussions focusing on the upgraded model of Green World's flagship product -- Nutriplant Organic Plus Fertilizer (organic water-soluble fertilizer), exploring strategic cooperation in green agricultural development and efficient nutrient supply.

After the inspection, President Zhang returned to the Nanjing production base and presided over an internal working meeting. He successively listened to the work reports from the R&D department, production center, supply chain, and order center, and put forward specific guidance opinions on product optimization, production collaboration, and international logistics. He emphasized that Green World should continuously enhance product competitiveness and fully ensure stable supply to the global market.

On the morning of June 12th, Chairman Prof. Deming Li and President Mr. David L. Zhang, accompanied by Green World China Region President Mr. Shaobo Liu, and Ms. Jenna Li, General Manager of Green World (Lishui) Biotechnological Co., Ltd., and others went to the Binjiang Campus of Nanjing Agricultural University to attend the donation ceremony for the "Green World International Agricultural Talent Training Fund". In January this year, Green World had donated 5 million RMB to Nanjing Agricultural University, establishing a training fund for overseas distributors and their children worldwide, to select outstanding foreign students to study for a bachelor's degree at Nanjing Agricultural University in China. Half a year later, Prof. Deming Li, who is deeply concerned about the education cause of her alma mater, returned again and made an additional donation of 1 million RMB. This additional donation not only demonstrates Green World's firm support for the internationalization of agricultural education, but also highlights its strategic determination to root in China and serve the global market. President David L. Zhang stated at the ceremony that talent is the key link connecting technology, market and the fields. The establishment of this fund will strengthen the "localization training + local employment" closed-loop mechanism, promoting the synchronization of agricultural technology dissemination and production capacity implementation.

The donation ceremony was presided over by Mrs. Keyan Yao, the director of the Alumni Association Office. Mrs. Shuyi Feng, Vice President of Nanjing Agricultural University,  representing Nanjing Agricultural University, delivered a speech, in which she expressed heartfelt gratitude to Green World for its generous support of the international talent cultivation program of Nanjing Agricultural University. This donation of 6 million RMB not only provided valuable opportunities for outstanding overseas students to study in China, but also fully demonstrated the company's profound sentiments towards agricultural education and global cooperation. Mr. David L. Zhang, President of Green World African Region, stated that the cooperation between Green World and Nanjing Agricultural University has a solid foundation and broad prospects. In the future, the two sides will explore more cooperation opportunities in areas such as agricultural science and technology, talent cultivation, and technology transfer, and jointly promote the sustainable development of global agriculture.

Subsequently, General Manager Jenna Li and Mr. Song Shi, the Director of the International Cooperation and Exchange Office of Nanjing Agricultural University, jointly signed the donation agreement.

Mr. Ruifu Zhang, the dean of the College of Resources and Environmental Sciences at Nanjing Agricultural University, presented appointment letters to the review experts of the fund management committee. Mr. Zhengfeng Shan, Vice President of Nanjing Agricultural University,  presented a donation certificate to Chairman Deming Li. After the ceremony, both sides took a group photo for commemoration.

 

That afternoon, Green World delegation held a cooperation negotiation with the academic team of Academician Qirong Shen from Nanjing Agricultural University. They extensively exchanged views on aspects such as agricultural microorganisms, organic fertilizer technology, and international talent cultivation, laying the foundation for subsequent industry-university-research collaborative innovation.

On June 13th, Chairman Prof. Deming Li, and President Mr. David L. Zhang, led a delegation to the National University Science Park of Jiangnan University. They held a special exchange with Professor Yu Zhong Zhang's team regarding the wet ultrafine system technology for blueberry products. The delegation visited the relevant laboratories and the achievement exhibition hall, experiencing the breakthrough progress of this technology in food processing and nutrient retention. Both sides agreed that the deep integration of this technology with the Green World healthy product line has broad prospects and will promote the implementation of substantive cooperation projects in the future.

During this trip, Mr. David L. Zhang's journey was highly scheduled and yielded significant results, covering various key areas such as agricultural science and technology, talent cultivation, and food engineering technology. This demonstrated Green World's firm determination to continuously promote the integration of industry, academia, and research, and to deeply focus on core products and technological innovation in its global strategic layout. The company will take this series of cooperation as an opportunity to further enhance its international competitiveness and contribute to the high-quality development of global agriculture and health industries.
