In Feb. 7th, 2009, the first Market and Education Exchanging Meeting in 2009 & Summarization Meeting of 2008 was successfully convened in DRC branch. All special store owners, lecturers and parts of senior distributors attended.
The meeting was sponsored by Mr. Fugang Du, the DRC branch manager, who proposed the important work concepts of 2009 on the meeting and required that the distributors and the branch should share a common goal, because goal drives one growing.
Establish network team is the goal
On the meeting, Mr. Du showed them the bonus allocation chart, the statistical chart of number of distributors and the network diagram of 2008, displayed the outstanding achievement they have got through joint effort, praised the distributors' contribution, analysed the current network and proposed that the establishment of network team should be sped up to increase members in the network.
Establish special store is the foundation
After showing them the establishment situation of special store, Mr. Du pointed out that the development of network team and increase of sales can not be without the support of special stores, hereafter, the special training on "special store operation and management" will be held periodically and preferential policies will be carried out to support the reliable and faithful senior distributors.
Train on marketing plan is the key
Training on marketing plan is the soul of direct selling industry, the foundation of establishing strong network team and the guarantee of increasing products sale. Since the DRC branch has been sticking to the principle of "give priority to training of marketing plan", taking great effort in carrying out training on marketing plan, it could go through all stresses and difficulties, got the network members increased a lot. In order to strengthen the training of marketing plan, the third lecturer selection meeting will be held soon. Attractive salary and preferential policy of having the priority to open special store, etc. will be provided to attract capable distributors. The regular meeting for lecturers to exchange ideas will be kept and the lecturers will be trained aperiodically to finally build a highly qualified lecturer team.
After that, Mr. Du announced the information about the branch's annual meeting and International Trip Reward evoked strong reaction of all attendees. The branch will award the qualified distributors with cars, which they have dreamed for such a long time and the travelling to China will be a beautiful recollection that would never be forgot.
