----On the 1st Lecturers Selection
In order to publicize Green World¡¯s corporate concept, spread health knowledge, Green World products and business plan and to build a professional promotion image, Green World Congo (R.C.) held the 1st Lecturers Selection which lasted 2 weeks. Congo (D.R. C.) national-level lecturers ATHNASE and MUCIPAY were invited to give a training which everybody was expecting. During the short 2 weeks, about 80 distributors including lecturers who had worked for TIENS once participated in this activity. It witnessed the thriving and flourishing prospect of Green World Congo (R.C.)

ATHNASE and MUCIPAY gave a systematic training about business plan and products. The applicants attended the training on time every day, listening carefully and taking notes. They also made heated discussions and communicated with each other actively. After one-week training, the lecturers gave them a test in which many applicants did excellently. At the applicants¡¯ request, manager Terry Zhao introduced the meaning of Green World logo and its history, which further deepened the distributors¡¯ knowledge about Green World.

After the two-week training was over, Green World Congo (R.C.) held the business plan lecturers selection on June 3 and 4, products lecturers selection on 5. BALENZA£¬Dr. MALONGA and Dr.ZEBEDEE were invited as judges. In order to select the truly excellent distributors, we used random lots-drawing to let the applicants draw randomly their speech topic from all the topics we had prepared. This made the test more difficulty, but all the applicants presented the products and business plan with full passion. During the whole process of selection, both the judges and the applicants were in high spirits, with someone raising hands to ask questions and the judges completing their answers now and then.

This selection was not so much a contest as an experience exchange meeting. The applicants gave lectures not for winning, but for acquiring more knowledge about Green World business plan and products. Not only did the applicants encourage each other and exchange experience with each other, but also the judges completed their answers.

After the selection, Mr.BALENZA and Dr.MALONGA made a summary, saying that all the applicants did well and hoped that they would make continuous efforts to better understand and popularize our business plan and products. Terry Zhao said that this selection was only a beginning of lecturers¡¯ team building and the applicants¡¯good performance gave the company full confidence to training. We hoped that everybody could make further efforts to lay a good foundation for the company¡¯s future development.
In this selection, there were 20 distributors standing out and got the qualified lecturer qualification approved by the company. After the selection, distributors didn¡¯t leave in a hurry but raised their hands to ask the judges questions about products and business plan. Dr MALONGA answered those questions with his rich knowledge about products in a humorous way, winning a big round of applause. At last, the distributors received the gifts from the company and this activity came to an end in a happy atmosphere.
