Due to the rapid development of Green World Group in Congo (R.D.C.), present five lecturers can not meet the needs of existing stores. In order to raise the prestige of Green World Group in Congo (R.D.C.), enhance the distributor's purchasing requirements, and enlarge the number of the members of Green World Group, Green World Congo (R.D.C.) Branch successfully organized a lecturer selection activity on June 4, 2011, which injected new blood for the existing lecturer team. Shop owners of some important shops, active leaders of network and lecturers who came for an interview of our company attended the conference on time, and were present throughout the whole conference.
At 10 o¡¯clock in the morning, the Conference was announced to begin. Firstly, Ms. Mary, the manager of calculation department, stated the overall training plan in the latter half of the year and the rules for the selection of the lecturers. Then nine candidates successively gave wonderful trial lectures and carefully answered the questions asked by judges, from which we can see that they have made enough preparation before attending this activity. In the active atmosphere of the conference, they also answered the various questions raised by the distributors in detail.
After the personal statement and questions and answers, Ms. Mary, the manager of calculation department, exchanged the opinions about the candidates' performance and the further training plans with the distributors attending the conference. After widely hearing the suggestions given by different parties, the company decided to organize some activities especially for the new lecturers in the latter of this year in order to make them gain more related knowledge of the company and teaching experience.

They were officially declared to have the lecturer qualifications. The company was full of confidence in their performance in the future and also indicated that the success today was only a small step on the whole road to success. The company hoped them to keep up the good work, make efforts to improve their knowledge and experience and make their contributions to the growth of performance.
