In July, 22 top leaders from Kenya Branch, Tanzania Branch, Rwanda Branch, and Uganda Branch gathered to start a 3-day training camp activity in an invigorating autumn climate. This is the first top leaders' gathering of Eastern & Northern African Region. The conference was held at a hotel in Nairobi, the capital city of Kenya. The highlight of this conference is that we invited Mrs. Rainie, the director of training department of African Region who had come a long way from South Africa to give us the training. The leaders were inspired by Mrs. Rainie's coming. The followings are the specific details of this training camp.
The first day: Mrs. Rainie lectured vividly, and the leaders interacted actively.
At 9 o' clock on the morning of July 7, Green World Eastern & Northern African Region 1
st Top Leaders Training Camp opened officially. At the opening ceremony, Olivia, the host, invited MR.MARS, GM of Eastern & Northern African Region to give us the opening speech which deeply touched the hearts of the people. Next,
Mrs. Rainie gave us an exciting speech which penetrated deeply into the hearts of people likes a cool breeze, because their long-term expectation for Mrs. Rainie's coming had been met at this very moment. MR. KENNEDY KEGODE, the leader of Group A, and MR.NELSON KENDA, the leader of Group B gave us speeches respectively. In the morning, Mrs. Rainie mainly introduced the business plan, bonus plan, and business expansion of our company. The present distributors asked questions and discussed with each other from time to time, Mrs. Rainie answered patiently and appreciate their profound understanding of the business plan and their strong thirst for knowledge.

In the afternoon, Mrs. Rainie explained the three product packages, including detox care package, cardio care package and digestive care package. The leaders praised
Mrs. Rainie for her professional knowledge of medical pathology and the products, vivid popular language, and cases from real life. They actively raised their hands to speak and cooperated with Mrs. Rainie for her lecture. The atmosphere was extremely warm.

The second day: The marketing lecture was interesting and it was difficult to tell whose incentive speech can win.
On the morning of July 8, Mrs. Rainie explained the knowledge about marketing. The content was systematic and specific and the techniques were vivid and interesting. In this section, the distributors actively participated and raised their hands to go up to the stage to do role play and demonstration etc., which pushed the training to the climax.

In the afternoon, the leaders from Group A and B gave their incentive speech respectively. The speech was inspiring and exciting which won continuous applauses and laughter from the audiences.

The third day: Wonderful Opportunity Sharing, Splendid Closing Ceremony
On the morning of July 9, the members from Group A and B respectively presented OPP sharing, and the leaders carefully listened and took notes. Next, MR.CHARLES, the leader from Uganda, conducted an experiment about deep sea fish oil, which made everyone have a thorough understanding to the pharmacological actions of fish oil. Then, Mrs. Rainie, the department director, made a judgment and conclusion for the speeches of the two groups. Next, comes the exciting moment. As Mrs. Rainie, the department director, announced the scoring and losing conditions of the two groups in the three days, everyone joyfully applauded and laughed, and then the first and second place winners were rewarded with products of the company. After awarding, everyone sat quietly and waited for the beginning of the camp closing ceremony. The host invited MR. MARS, GM of
Eastern & Northern African Region to deliver the concluding speech which motivated all the leaders and they all nodded to show their devotion to Green World business development. Then MR. MARS issued the completion certificate and presents for all the leaders and the hall became an ocean of joy and laughter.

This Eastern & Northern African Region 1st Top Leaders Training Camp successfully came to an end. The leaders respectively showed that: thank Mrs. Rainie£¬the department director, for her coming, her rich knowledge and vivid lecture benefit them a lot; thank the company for offering such a platform for them to communicate and share with each other; they must work hard and use the knowledge learned from this training camp to arm and improve themselves. This training camp was held successfully and through this, we believe, Eastern & Northern African Region would obtain much better achievements in the future!

The Training in Headquater brought more wonder

At the noon of July 9, the passion ignited by the training camp lasting 3 days did not yet completely recede, the group leaded by Mrs. Rainie, the department director, hurried to go to the headquarter of Kenya Branch without a stop and some leaders also went to the headquarter to participate in the training in a hurry. All seats in the training room of headquarter were occupied and distributors from different places were all waiting for the coming of Mrs. Rainie, the department director. Professional explanation delivered by Mrs. Rainie aroused the interests of all the people. The training achieved huge success and enormously stimulated and promoted Kenya market. After the training, distributors were not willing to leave all the time and
enquired related knowledge of the products and business plan of Green World. Everyone present was affected by the harmonious atmosphere.

Summary: This training activity ignited the passion of all the distributors who were extremely satisfied and expressed gratitude to the company for organizing this kind of training. Meanwhile, they would work harder to strive for participating next training camp. This activity established a kind of united, positive and self-restraint corporate culture and promoted the development of Green World business in Eastern & Northern African Region.
