From October 17th to 19th 2012, the ¡°2012 Leaders and Specialty Shop Owners Training Camp¡± of Green World Group Kenya Branch was successfully held in Methodist Guest House of Nairobi, the capital of Kenya. The theme of this training camp was ¡°Leadership training, specialty shop management and team building¡± and the attendees were leaders, specialty shop owners as well as excellent distributors from every district of Kenya. On that day, thirty distributors from Nairobi, Nyeri, Nakuru, Naivasha, Kajiado and distant districts, like Kisumu, Eldoret, Mombasa, Garissa, Wajir and Somalia gathered together in Nairobi. People with different races, languages and beliefs gathering together formed a jubilant training atmosphere of Green World Kenya Branch.

Mr. Willam Su, the general manager of Green World Group Kenya Branch came to the training camp and made a splendid address which won warm applauses from distributor friends. After the opening ceremony, the host introduced the present distributors and the two teams Gold Team and Green Team they belonged to.

In the next two days, Mr. Alex Wainaina, the excellent direct selling instructor and Mr. Kennedy Kegode, the senior leader, gave everybody professional training classes which included leadership, basic knowledge of direct selling, team building and sales skills etc. Wonderful training classes benefited every attendee.

During the training session, several outward development trainings were conducted which added much fun to this training camp. Everyone actively joined in the activities with their laughters and shouts rising from time to time.

Due to the even performance Gold Team and Green Team had made, both of the two teams added marks to their own teams through collective chorus and dance. In the end, Ms. Olivia Yu, the manager of data processing department of Green World Group Kenya Branch presented gifts and certificates to every distributor that attended this training camp. Mr. William Su, the general manager of Green World Group Kenya Branch presented trophys and certificates to the two teams respectively. Everyone was immersed in the excitement of obtaining knowledge and joy.

The three-day training camp was successfully finished. It not only benefited every distributor, but also mobilized the vigor of the whole Kenya market. The distributors expressed their appreciation to Green World Kenya Branch for holding this training camp and they would utilize the knowledge they got in the training camp to work hard and positively expand market so as to promote the steady development of Green World Kenya Branch.
