From October 28 to 30, Green World Group Kenya branch held a campaign named ¡°2013 Training Camp for Senior Leaders¡±. In the Panorama Park Hotel on top of Naivasha Mountain located in the middle of Kenya, more than 20 distributor leaders and excellent specialty shop owners from all parts of the country gathered together. The training was mainly conducted by Mr. Tandai, an outstanding lecturer from Green World Group African Region Zimbabwe Branch. Meanwhile, there were the teamwork games alternating with the training program to cultivate various skills of every leader and specialty shop owner.

Mr. William Su, general manager of Green World Group Kenya Branch, on behalf of the branch made an opening speech. He firstly expressed his gratitude to Mr. Tandai¡¯s coming to Kenya to give lectures, then conveyed sincere greetings from Dr. Deming Li, president of Green World Group and Mr. David Zhang, vice president of Green World Group and president of Green World Group African Region, to all the present leaders and wished all the participants acquire more skills and knowledge from the three-day training activity so as to made more contribution and achieve greater success in future marketing activities.

The contents of the training included: what kind of quality leaders should possess; how to expand the network; how to reach efficient communication among leaders; how to acquire the Special Award in a short term and so on. Mr. Tandai¡¯s vivid training won unanimous praise of all the participants.

The training activity proceeded alternately with leader team construction interaction activities, in which the leaders were divided into two groups; they learnt from each other, made progress together, caught up with and surpassed each other, as well as competed against each other.

After the three-day training activity came to an end, Mr. Tandai, as the tutor of present distributors, presented to every trainee the graduation certificate and gifts. According to their performance in the activities, the leaders of those two groups respectively won company wall clock, wallet and other gifts.

This training seminar not only made everyone find the existing or potential market problems but also helped everyone clarify their thoughts. After the seminar, distributors expressed their willingness to join more training activities organized by the branch just like this one in order to better master and use the professional knowledge to achieve success in their business.
