BBS on 5th May 2014

Green World management team lead by Ms. Louisa Liu, General Manager of Pakistan arrived Peshawa on 5th May to start the series intensive training with a duration of four consecutive days.

Peshawa is the capital and largest city of Khyber Pakhtunkhwaand Province, as well as the administrative center and economic hub for the Federally Administered Tribal Areas of Pakistan. Peshawar's strategic location on the crossroads of Central Asia and South Asia has made it one of the most culturally vibrant and lively cities in the greater region. Known as ¡¡ãthe city of frontier¡¡À Peshawa is only 60 kilometers away from Pakistan-Afghanistan border.

The unique location and history give the flame of passion to the indigenous people. The conference hall of Hilton Hotel of Peshawa was brimming with their enthusiasm during the BBS on 5th May. A crowd of approximate 200 people filled the conference hall for the BBS. Mr. Budiman Prasetyo,  international trainer of Green World conducted a warm OPP, which inspired the audience¡¯s fire in taking part in Green World business.

GT1 Product Training on 6th May 2014

The GT1 product training was opened by Mr. Moeen UL Haq Malik, Training Manager of Green World South Asian Region. He has successfully trained a professional team of assistant trainers in Peshawa, who conducted series of product demonstration during the first section. Product demonstrations on Magic Detoxin Pad, Ozone machine, Deep Sea Fish Oil Softgel were conducted by the professional team. The audience were greatly interested and attracted by what they saw. The product demonstration has enhanced their confidence on the quality of Green World products.

Upon request of the audience a brief compensation plan training was delivered by Mr. Budiman Prasetyo to enlighten the audience on how to achieve financial freedom in Green World.

The second section of the product training was taken by Ms. Wang Qian, the head of Education and Training Department of Green World, who guided the audients to an interesting tour about Green World products.

GT2 Leadership Training on 7th May 2014

During the leadership training on 7th May, Mr. Moeen UL Haq Malik, Training Manager of Green World South Asian Region first prepared the audience of 4* and above with an ¡¡ãempty cup mentality¡¡À. Then he analyzed the difference between a decent network business and a pyramid scheme in disguise. He emphasized the strength of Green World as the research-oriented company with a down-to-earth training system that ensures the sustainability of the business.

Mr. Moeen UL Haq Malik elaborated the different types of leadership in network marking and their effectiveness. His lively demonstration gave the audience visual perceptive. The audience was highly motivated by his training that dances were performed passionately during the break.

The second section of leadership training was taken by Mr. Budiman Prasetyo. During his presentations he covered the mid-level skills required by a Green World leader, how to set goals and plans together with the key players in the network, and how to develop leadership whilst building the downline organization.

Ms. Louisa Liu, General Manager of Pakistan summarized the training by giving a practical training on how to break the goals down into achievable small-size plans using an example of promoting from 5* distributor to 6* distributor. She broke the business volumes to be achieved from 5* to *6 into 6 months and generated a monthly sales target to elaborate the details of compensation plan implementation.

The 4* and above Green World distributors have benefited a lot from the training and each participant was granted the participation certificate by GM Ms. Louisa Liu.

Advanced product training on 8th May 2014

An advance product training was given by Ms. Wang Qian, head of Education and Training Department of Green World on 8th May. Detailed information about Green World blueberry series took the audience onto a higher level of health and product knowledge.

Among the audience around ten health professionals were present and gave the product training consent. Two doctors volunteered to explain and translated for the audience. One doctor shared his experience in using Green World Blueberry Juice High VC and sang high praise of the quality and effectiveness of Green World health products.

Mr. Tahir Mahmood, Branch Manager of Green World Pakistan Rawalpindi, Mr. Moeen UL Haq Malik, Training Manager of Green World South Asian Region, together with Ms. Louisa Liu, General Manager of Green World Pakistan officially expressed their gratitude to the participants of the 4-day intensive training and outlined the future training plans for Green World distributors in Peshawa. Ms. Louisa Liu thanked Mr. Shah Zaib Afry, 5* distributor who was the MC and interpreter throughout the four days training and assistant trainers who teamed up for demonstrating products and keeping the order in the conference hall. She warmly praised the full support and participation from Mr. Waqar Ali and Mr. Mohammad Abdul Qadir, Green World Honorary 1* Diamond leaders who have set samples for Green World distributors with their desire for self-development.

The intensive training in Peshawa ended in a harmonious atmosphere with the unwillingness to depart between the distributors and the management teams. The management ensured that this training has marked the good beginning of professional trainings in Peshawa and with such support a rapid and sustainable business growth of Green World in Peshawa would be witnessed in the near future.
