THE FIRST PAKISTAN TRAINER¡¯S CAMP SERIES REPORT

The First Pakistan Trainer's Camp series activities kicked off in Rawalpindi on 28th May, 2014. Ms. Louisa Liu, General Manager of Pakistan Branch in South Asian Region, Mr. Moeen Malik, Training Manager of South Asian Region, Ms. Wang Qian, Head of Education and Training Department, and Mr. Budiman Prasetyo,  International Trainer of Green World, jointly launched The First Pakistan Trainer's Camp.

Over thirty trainer candidates have participated the trainer's camp with great enthusiasm. Trainer candidates received professional training on "Presentation Skill" by Mr. Moeen Malik who gave a practical and vivid lecture on the essential qualities and basic skills of network trainers. The representatives of the trainer candidate were corrected by Mr. Moeen Malik on their presentation posture, eye contact, dressing code, voice on the stage to be prepared for the coming practice-run.

Every two of the trainer candidates practiced the role of the host and the presenter by forming a pair. Mr. Mohammad Aslam, the first 1* Diamond leader of Pakistan set an example for other top leaders by his earnest practice.

Following the practice, Mr. Budiman Prasetyo explained in detail how to conduct a mega OPP as well as initiating Green World business slide by slide.

Qualities of trainer determine the quality of the training system of a network company. "In network marketing, a trainer is not merely a teacher", lectured by Mr. Moeen Malik. "A network marketing trainer must be prepared as a motivator, an entertainer and an actor who infects and influences the audience."

A detailed annotation on Green World Compensation Plan was delivered by Mr. Budiman Prasetyo. The trainer candidates were elaborated on the calculation of every type of bonus. The audience was so excited about what they have learnt that during the break they invited their mentor Mr. Budiman for a passionate dance.

The sustainability of a network business is built on the stable consumer group. The first section of training was presented by Ms. Wang Qian on "Product Prospecting". She used the realistic number of the network and monthly consumption figures to calculate the indirect bonus a leader is supposed to get if his/her downline organization is coached to fulfill the monthly consumption which is affordable to each family.

Ms. Wang Qian then highlighted the key information a trainer must deliver during the individual produce presentation.

The top 10 fastest moving products of Pakistan were completed covered by Ms. Wang Qian in her two days' trainer's training, together with a panoramic view of all the available products in Pakistan.

Trainer candidates were invited onto the stage for product presentation practice. "Practice makes perfect." Gradually trainer candidates gained more and more self-confidence as well as knowledge.

A written test and a presentation constituted the final examination for the trainer candidates. All trainer candidates came to the final examination taken place on Sunday.

Two hours review of training materials were followed by the written test. Both network business and product knowledge were tested in closed-book form. After written test, a presentation test was carried out and each trainer candidate took turn to present for duration of three minutes.

The final examination came to an end by 10:00p.m. The trainer candidates were still enthusiastic after the whole day's industrious work. They are ready to polish their presentation skills with continuous practice and above all they are eager to serve their teams with the knowledge and the enlightened mindset. Blessings of business opportunity and health knowledge will be spread by the future trainers prepared by the First Pakistan Trainer' Camp. Through these series training activities, we are once again inspired by the potential of Green World market in Pakistan.
