Between this late summer and the early autumn, distinguished distributors and staffs of Green World Canada Branch attended the Seventh Annual Wild Blueberry Festival of Evergreen Brick Works in Toronto, Ontario, on August 21st, 2016. It was a tasty experience of the tip of tongue with the theme of blueberry and it was a carnival for celebrating the bumper harvest of blueberries. Visitors present not only could taste the fresh and delicious blueberry fruit, but also could purchase more than 30 kinds of delicacies with different styles elaborately made by local chefs taking blueberries as the main raw materials. Meanwhile, visitors could enjoy an audio visual feast, as well as participating in blueberry pie baking production of different teams and having opportunities to experience the pleasure of an unique planting.

Visitors here could enjoy tasty wild blueberry juice home-brewed by the farms, elaborate blueberry jam, yogurt provided by the farms, as well as cold and refreshing blueberries and healthy breakfast oatmeal, which led to boundless aftertaste.
After entering the hall, firstly the musician Zeca Poline leading his musician band was playing his album of the same name. In Zeca Poline’s performance, a mixed breath of strong Brazilian folk, rock and waltz could be felt.
Area of theme activities was in the blueberry pavilion. Here everybody could enjoy more than 30 kinds of dishes and products made by the king of fruit “Blueberry”, including blueberry juice, blueberry pie, blueberry toast, blueberry chocolate, blueberry pizza, blueberry soda water, etc. Besides, everybody has the chance to taste blueberry sample drink from the original ecological farm and beer. In the process of buying and tasting, everybody voted for the best wild blueberry product they thought. The one who got the most votes was the winner. At the same time, there were professionals of Evergreen Brick Works on the main stage explaining wild blueberries knowledge, helping everybody get to know the nutrition value of blueberry, the do’s and don’ts during cultivation, production and cooking. People had the chance of gaining wild blueberry plants provided by Evergreen Brick Works.
Through studying the characteristics and efficacy of blueberries, distributors of Green World Canada Branch re-recognized the rich nutritional value of blueberry. It not only contained more than 20 kinds of amino acids and vitamins, but also contained some substances which could regulate the blood circulation, improve eyesight, maintain beauty and keep young. Meanwhile, it even had the effect of helping prevent arterial aging. Therefore, blueberry was known as the “Fruit of Life”. It was worthy of the title - king of fruit. Distributors of Canada were full of confidence with Green World blueberry products and expressed that they would go forward with Green World side by side to embrace a better future!
