Green World Indonesia Branch successfully convened the first Training for Product Lecturers from Aug. 26th to 28th, 2016, aiming to create an excellent lecturer team and improve the overall service level of the distributors in Green World Indonesia Branch. Mr. Junxian Song, general manager of Green World Indonesia Branch, Mr. Tony, vice general manager of Green World Indonesia Branch, lecturer Mr. Junai and leaders from Tasik, Bengkalis, Pekanbaru, Bandung, Djakarta and the surrounding cities attended the Training for Product Lecturer.
Firstly, Mr. Junxian Song, general manager of Green World Indonesia Branch, made an address. He thanked every leader for attending the training and said the leaders present had played a crucial role on serving the market and were an important link between the company and the market. He hoped that through the Training for Product Lecturers, more leaders could be independent, serve and develop the team accurately and scientifically.

Then, Mr. Tommy, health consultant of Green World Indonesia Branch, came to the stage to taught everybody health concept and analyzed health conditions of people nowadays. Besides, Mr. Tommy prepared for everybody a product course of a healthy tetralogy, which is clearing, activating, regulating and preventing. The whole audience were immersed in the strong learning atmosphere.

In order to enhance the solidarity and cooperation among the leaders, Mr. Junai, lecturer of Green World Indonesia Branch prepared a series of team building games for this training. By completing each difficult team building game, the team leaders established a good relationship of teamwork.

On the last day of the Training for Product Lecturers, the 33 leaders who took part in the training were evaluated by a written examination and a speech test. They took turns to draw lots and went to the stage to share with others one Green World product which was learnt during the training. The leaders shared their knowledge of what they had learnt one after another and continuously brought pleasant surprise to the judges. At last, three leaders, who were Mr. Meichel Budy Himawan, Mrs. Yenni Wibowo and Mr. Andi Wirawan, performed best and were awarded the most distinguished product lecturer of the team. Each of them was awarded an exquisite Advanced Ozone Machine which was prepared by Green World Indonesia Branch.

Through this training for lecturers, the leaders all expressed that they would bring the knowledge which had been learnt these days to the market and would share the excellent products of Green World and business opportunity with more people to make more people achieve health and wealth. Finally, all of the leaders and the company’s management team took group photos to mark the occasion and celebrate the training a complete success.
