Market Express - Green World Training for Team of Trainers in Uganda
Green World Uganda branch has step up into another level as the management underlined the importance to have a team of professional trainers that could accommodate the need of intensive trainings throughout Uganda and could lay a solid foundation for the greater future of Green World Uganda. Inspired by the vision, Green World Uganda branch held a-day full course special training for team of trainers in Uganda.
The preparation of the special training started from trainer screening sessions held in Kampala headquarters. Around 40 excellent distributors of Green World Uganda had registered themselves to take part of the screening process. During the screening session every participant was given a chance to deliver short presentation of Green World to be assessed by Mr. Budiman, Green World International Trainer and Mr. James Malugge, Green World Uganda National Trainer. Based on the final appraisal from the assessment committee, Green World Uganda selected the most talented 20 excellent distributors to form a team of trainers to participate the 3-day intensive training for trainers held in Jinja, Uganda.
On July 26th, 2016, the selected Team of Trainers covering many districts of Uganda gathered together in Jinja, the city of source of the Nile, to follow the special training for trainers lead by Mr. Budiman, Green World International Trainer.

The first day of special training, Mr. Budiman explained the outline of Uganda Training System, ranging from Business Opportunity Presentation, New Distributors Training, Green World Products Training to Green World mid-level training camp.

The special training continued with "How to become a good trainer and presenter" explaining on the requirements of a good trainer, how to prepare and setup the training session including personal appearance and performance, how to inspire the audience with a stylish presentation and training and how to paint the whole picture in order to transform the information and messages to the audience.

The spirit of growing followed the next training on "How to deliver an inspired Green World business opportunity presentation". Mr. Budiman gave an example on how to deliver the inspiring presentation that could motivate the new prospects through conveying the information of Green World corporate profile and products benefits and how Green World business opportunity could create a great change on people's life. The interactive training gave good motivations to all the trainers to become the best
presenters in Green World Uganda.

The first day of Training for Trainers ended with great insight among the participants and the excitement to become the future great trainer and presenter in Green World Uganda.
The second day of the training kicked off by a group picture of all participants showing their determination of becoming the professional trainers of Green World Uganda.

Green World Uganda Team of Trainers ready to rock Green World in Uganda
All the trainers-to-be were emphasized on the importance of continuous New Distributors Training within their team; and the life of the business relied on the growing of new distributors. They were elaborated on how to conduct Green World New Distributors Training and how to motivate new distributors to start building their business with Green World.
The next session followed with the Green World Advance Products Training with detailed explanations on the benefits on some Green World Products and how the products work within the body system.
After the lunch break, the special training continued with Green World Star Camp Training, as Mr. Budiman guided the Trainers on how to motivate new distributors to start building Green World business, how to handle challenges and objections during prospecting new people and how to lead the new distributors to follow the Green World training system to assure their success in doing the business.

The following session of Green World Gold Training Camp centered at strategies on building network covering how to set home meeting, small group presentation, monthly recognition meeting and how to expand the business throughout the country. The strategies had inspired the team of trainers on taking their network into larger scale.
The training ended up with Self-development Training. At this secession Mr. Budiman emphasized on the importance of positive attitude, teamwork and unity on achieving the higher goals and dreams in Green World business.
The last day of the training was carried out through practicing what the trainers had received during the intensive trainings in a 10 minutes presentation of Green World. One by one all participants provided their best performance which demonstrated their improved skills and readiness to start building Green World Uganda and be the corner stones of Green World Uganda.
