On August 13, 2018, staff of Green World Kenya Branch together with the International Business School and high-level leaders, came to Eldoret, a beautiful and modern city, where the high-level leaders secondary training was held.
In the morning, Mr. Li Mingyu, Dean of the Overseas Branch of Green World International Business School, conducted training for nearly 50 high-level leaders on attitude, team building and leadership. In the afternoon, Ms. Rainie Wang, Executive Dean of Green World International Business School, gave a lecture on health products for the audience. Ms. Lucy Miano, the 3-star manager, motivated the main leaders of Eldoret to make persistent efforts to develop and strengthen the team. After the training, local leaders made speeches one after another to talk about their achievements. The training ended in a joyful dance of the leaders.
On August 14th, inspired by the training of the previous day, the team leaders invited nearly 50 newcomers to participate in the next day's OPP training seminar and the lecture about health products. A lively OPP presentation later, 3-star manager Lucy Miano talked about her firm belief and unremitting efforts when joining Green World, encouraging  participants by her own experience to change their destiny through the Green World platform. 23 participants took to the podium to show their wish to join the Green World family. A keychain with the logo of Green World which represented the determination to success and the beginning of a new life, was sent to each newcomer who decided to join the Green World family at the scene. After the OPP, leaders from Nairobi and Eldoret and nearby cities have shared their experience engaging in Green World business and the enjoyment of China Tour.
In addition to the lecture on health products, Ms. Rainie Wang, Executive Dean of Green World International Business School, also explained the Green World Nutriplant Organic Plus Fertilizer to the participants. Several product beneficiaries make a sharing of product packages of bone and joint, brain protection, anti-cancer, and the respiratory system, and our farmer friends also shared the gratifying results obtained by using Green World Nutriplant Organic Plus Fertilizer in cultivation.Under the auspices of the 8-star distributor Dashan Kamao, the atmosphere was warm and cheerful. After the product sharing, everyone also took part in the "question and answer" session for the training content of the day. In the end, each team conducted a post-training meeting to summarize the training gains, made an arrangement for the next training and set a short-term development goal for the team. And major leaders also summed up their experience in organizing the training and the participants were eager to get into action on the preparation for the in-depth training in the next 2 weeks.
