1.OPP Training Seminar

On August 25, 2018, staff of Green World Kenya Branch together with the International Business School came to Naivasha, known as the “City of Flowers”. There is full of greenhouses for planting flowers, and the flower exporting is the pillar industry of the area.
In an elegant and quaint conference room, Mr. William Su, General Manager of Kenya Branch,  delivered an address to launch the training. After a vivid lecture on health products presented by Ms. Rainie Wang, Executive Dean of Green World International Business School, Mr. Li Mingyu, Dean of the Overseas Branch of Green World International Business School, gave an OPP training seminar to the participants. Nearly 80 listeners attended the training and actively participated in the training interaction, with warm atmosphere inside.
Kenya’s 3-star manager, Ms. Lucy Miano, led a team of high-level leaders to inspire the participants, and talked about how she overcame various difficulties and followed the company's experience with firm confidence when she joined the Green World in the early days, and encouraged the participants to have a forward-looking vision to lay the foundation for their future success in today's society where unemployment is rising. Under her encouragement, 20 participants joined the Green World family on the spot.
1-star Manager Mr. Joseph Kimani and 8-star distributor Mr. Stephen Mbogo Miano, Mr. Dashan Kamao and Ms. Dorothy Kiaraho delivered a passionate sharing and motivational speech. After the explanation of the Green World Nutriplant Organic Plus Fertilizer, Ms. Macharia Grance, the 7-star distributor and the host of this training, made a share in the experience of planting flowers with it,  and described the obvious improvement in the color and disease resistance of flowers using it. Several participants respectively shared the gratifying results obtained by using Green World Nutriplant Organic Plus Fertilizer in cultivation.
Finally, a "post-training" meeting was conducted by the leaders of each team. The leaders are ready to participate in the subsequent Green World High-Level Leadership Camp Conference.

2.Green World High-Level Leadership Camp Conference   

On August 26-27, Naivasha ushered in the long-awaited Green World High-Level Leadership Camp Conference. 40 leaders of 6 stars and above participated in the conference held at the Panorama Hotel from various regions of Kenya.
At 8 o'clock on the morning of August 26, the meeting was officially launched. Mr. William Su, General Manager of Kenya Branch, delivered an address for Green World High-Level Leadership Camp Conference, and thanked the high-level leaders for their support and assistance in the previous tour training. Mr. Fred Ouda, Marketing Manager of Kenya Branch, organized and hosted the training. The first part of the high-level conference of the day was about the explanation and exercise of OPP training seminar. Following a lively OPP training seminar by Mr. Li Mingyu, Dean of the Overseas Branch of Green World International Business School, 8-star distributor Ms. Dorothy Kiaraho and Mr. Dashan Kamao, and 7-star distributor Mr. Ogwel Collins represented the high-level leaders present and enthusiastically conducted an opp presentation for practice based on their years of  market practical experience.
In the second part of the conference, Ms. Rainie Wang, Executive Dean of Green World International Business School, gave a lecture about digestion and immunization package to the participants. Afterwards,  three outstanding national lecturers, 8-star distributor Mr. Stephen Mbogo Miano, 8-star distributor Mr. Michael O. Christopher, and 7-star distributor Mr. James Wachira, did drills of lectures on Green World product packages of weight loss, parasites, men, women, detoxification, respiration, circulation, nutrition and the Green World Nutriplant Organic Plus Fertilizer. It was already 7:00 p.m. after completing the whole day's process, and the enthusiasm of the leaders remained full.       
On the morning of August 27th, Mr. Li Mingyu, Dean of the Overseas Branch of Green World International Business School, conducted a leadership training for the leaders. Next, Ms. Rainie Wang, Executive Dean of Green World International Business School, explained Green World product package of children and eye protection to the participants. Later, three health and product instructors demonstrated and illustrated the bone and joints, skin, brain and anti-cancer packages. After that, Ms. Lucy Miano, the 3-star manager, made an inspirational speech to all the leaders on the theme of "ambitious". And in the training, she mentioned that Kenya's leaders have achieved steady and continuous progress in terms of knowledge, skills and wealth accumulation in the three Green World High-Level Leadership Camp Conferences so far. In 2014, when Zimbabwe’s high-level leader Tendai came to Kenya for training, most Kenyan leaders took public transport to attend the training; by the time in 2016, when Mr. Budiman hosted the leadership training , most of the leaders took the Green World award-winning car to participate in the training and this year’s high-level conferences and training venues are lined with leaders’ limousines and off-road vehicles. The change within from one side, reflects the development of Kenya's Green World business. Ms. Lucy Miano gave her leaders the goal of not allowing leaders to use public transport in high-level conference and training next year, all of whom would use Green World’s rewarded vehicles to attend the conference.
At the end of the high-level conference, the Kenya branch gave a gift with Chinese characteristics–Chinese knots and folding fans – to the specialty store owners, lecturers and inspiring leaders who participated in and organized the tour training. The 6-star distributor Ezekiel Lubambira on behalf of all leaders thanked staff of Green World Kenya Branch together with the International Business School for designing the intermediate training system and the tour training. The Green World High-Level Leadership Camp Conference ended in the dance and laughter of all the leaders.
