At 11 o¡¯clock on the morning of Mar. 25, 2011, Green World Uganda Branch grandly held the opening ceremony & the first distributor rewarding conference of Green World Uganda Branch in RWENZORI BALL ROOM, SHERATON HOTEL of Kampala, the capital of Uganda. There comes the exciting moment after waiting for so long time and the hall was full, even some distributors from Kenya, Rwanda, Sudan and Congo (Kinshasa) came to witness the opening of Uganda Branch and share the joy of winners.
Distributors from every branch came to attend this ceremony and witnessed the opening of Uganda Branch.
With the striking of 11 o¡¯clock, the host started to introduce the high-level distributors, then Mr. Mars Du, North & Eastern Africa Regional manager of Green World, Mr. Albert Xu, Manager of Green World Uganda Branch, Mrs. Banica Xiao, Manager of Computation Dept. of Green World Uganda Branch and Mr. CHRISTOPHER ARUMI ADIEMA, a Kenyan high-level distributor to enter the hall. When Mr. Mars Du, North & Eastern Africa Regional manager of Green World, entered the hall, everyone warmly welcome him. Under the guidance of ritual staffs, everyone sat on their own seat and according to the convention, everyone stood up and the national anthem was played. With the three national anthems of America, China and Uganda, the ceremony was officially opened.
When the ceremony was opened, Mr. Albert Xu, Manager of Green World Uganda Branch gave a welcome speech to thank everyone for their long-term contribution, support and trust to Green World Uganda Branch, meanwhile congratulated the distributors who won the Fast Growth Award, Tour Award and Car Award, hoping them to share their success with everyone in order to help more Green World distributors obtain more awards. He also recalled the past of Uganda Branch, shared the plan of Uganda Branch in 2011 and proposed that Green World Uganda Branch would make greater efforts to bring health and wealth to every member of Green World. Then, MC read out the congratulation speeches from Mrs. Deming Li, President of Green World and Mr. David Zhang, President of Green World African Region to congratulate the establishment of Green World Uganda Branch and all the winners, hoping them get better achievements. Next, the host introduced Mr. Mars. Du, North & Eastern Africa Regional manager to come to the platform and give a speech. Mr. Mars. Du presented the development situation of Green World in the whole world in macro scope, described the development prospect of Green World North & Eastern Africa Region in the future, spoke highly of the remarkable achievements of the distributors in Green World Uganda Branch, wished the ceremony get a great success and proposed that Green World would bring more health and wealth to people in Africa and all over the world. The address was appraised by all distributors who gave their warm applauses. After that, Mr. CHRISTOPHER ARUMI ADIEMA, the Kenyan high-level distributor, gave a motivational speech to share his success and the audiences listened attentively, obtaining much knowledge and experience. From their facial expression, we can see they have more confidence to make themselves become the next person standing on the stage. Next was the most critical theme of the ceremony: Opening Ceremony of Green World Uganda Branch. Under the witness of everyone and the shining of the spotlight, Mr. Mars. Du, the general manager and Albert Xu, the manager, waved the plaque on which printed the Green World logo to let everyone see. On the stage, it was the sea of fireworks and flowers and under the stage, the enthusiasm of the audiences soared to celebrate the formal establishment of Green World Uganda Branch. Meanwhile, Crane mounted the stage to show his performance and under the influence of the distributors under the stage, he was even enthusiastically engaged in his performance. After that comes the awarding and drawing session in which 21 Fast Growth Award winners, 5 International Tour Award winners and 2 Car Award winners were announced successively and 19 DVDs, 2 TV sets, certificates and flowers were moved on the stage. The winners enjoyed the grand honors and envious sight, they were very glaring under the spotlight and the friends and relatives of the winners also expressed their joy by singing and dancing. During this period, 3 drawing activities were held to thank the distributors for their support and trust of Green World which motivated the passion of the distributors. The whole hall was full of excitement and the distributors from every corner were immersed in joys and cheers, enjoying the warmth the Green World family brought to them.

The highest award issued in this ceremony was Car Award. As the music went, Mr. Kisago Samuel and Mr. Emma Isabirye went to the stage, the host introduced Mr. Mars Du, the general manager and Mr. Albert Xu, the manager to issue the car award and Mr. Mars Du issued the flowers, certificates and keys to them by himself. At this moment, the fireworks were fired and the whole hall was immersed in the sea of joy and excitement. Crane showed his performance to celebrate for them and everyone was looking at the stage to see Mr. Kisago Samuel and Mr. Emma Isabirye who were under the embellishment of the spotlights and became the focus of the ceremony. Both Mr. Kisago Samuel and Mr. Emma Isabirye were very excited, they showed their gratitude for the health and wealth Green World brought to them and decided to work harder in order to obtain much higher honors.

Mr. DAVID OKOTH DIMO, a high-level distributor of Green World Uganda Branch conducted the training of company products, further compared the products of Green World with that of other direct-selling companies, explained the distinguishes between Green World and other direct-selling companies and lectured the theme of Health. Through his lecture, everyone knew the importance of nutrition & health products and health which was a high priority. After the lecturing has completed, as the best shopkeeper, he won the awards of DVD and Green World products, which motivated him to better manage his shop.

In the end of the conference, on behalf of the management team of Green World Uganda Branch, Mr. Albert Xu issued employee awards to local employees who worked hard day and night in Green World Uganda Branch in order to express his gratitude for their contribution to Green World Uganda Branch.

After the conference, UBC and NBS TV station in Uganda broadcasted the news of Green World Uganda Branch & First Distributor Awarding Conference, on Monday morning, UBC TV station broadcasted this news once again and NEW VISION of Uganda published this news in Health Channel of its newspaper in order to let other Uganda audiences unable to attend this conference witness this historical moment too. Green World Uganda Branch would become a new star in Uganda, thrive steadily and bring health and wealth to all Uganda people.
