At 17 o¡¯clock of Oct. 15, more than one hundred distributors of Pakistan branch from Green World South Asian Region gathered in the conference hall of Rawalpindi branch to hold Distributor Rewarding Conference of September.
On behalf of President Li, the regional manager showed congratulations to the newly-upgraded and rewarded distributors and hoped the network leaders and distributor team would endeavor to overcome the market stagnant factors brought by Ramadan and restore market and sales as soon as possible!
Meanwhile, he required network leaders and team to pay more attention to strengthen training and stimulate market growth through improving the training quantity and quality of people. Next, the regional manager stressed: the team must concentrate on World, being in two minds and sitting on the fence can¡¯t ensure success; besides, attitude is everything, our team should take professional attitude to overcome negative one, thus we can expect success to come!
At last, the regional manager especially showed congratulations to Dr Shaukat Hussain---the third car award winner of Pakistan! This distributor has endeavored in other companies for many years and gained nothing! But after joining World in the middle of February this year, he not only won the motorcycle award in two months but also overcame the noncooperation factors existing in team, resolutely built network and finally won the car award within half a year!
The regional manager called on the team to take this distributor as the example, come to realize ¡°Choice is more important than struggle¡± and the superiority of World system and products, accelerate the market pace and achieved success as early as possible.
