Education and training are soul of direct selling. In order to enlarge lecturer team of Kenya branch, some excellent product lecturers and business lecturers would be selected in the large group of distributors. Some distributors with good performance successfully entered the final selection step after application, training and primary selection. This selection formally started at 10:30am on February 17, 2012 in the training room of Kenya branch. The first round was written examination, including product and business knowledge. All the contestants answered the questions carefully. After written examination, it was the exiting trial lecture. The sequence of lecturing was decided by draw; the contestants were eager to try and full of confidence. Meanwhile, 8 senior leaders and the management staffs were invited to judge and give marks for contestants to ensure the fairness of the competition.

Trial lectures went well. Every contestant played their best and their excellent performance had won every participant¡¯s applause.
After trial lecture, the judges and management staffs calculated a final mark according to the mark of written examination and the performance of trial lecture, and then the final mark was published on the white board. After that, several judges were invited to give some valuable advice about the trial lecture. All of them listened carefully and found their own shortness initiatively to improve themselves.

Then the exciting moment was coming. At first, Ms. OLIVIA, manager of education department, issued attending awards to contestants. Everyone gave applauses. Then, Mr. Mars Du, general manager of Eastern & Northern African region, issued business and product lecturer certificates to qualified lecturers. The training room resounded exiting music, warm applauses and cheerful laughter.

After issuing the prizes, the manager of education department and the general manager of Eastern & Northern African region congratulated the distributors who have won the lecturer qualifications and hoped that they could keep on the good work and become better and better. This lecturer selection activity ended in cheerful laughter. The distributors who won Lecturer Qualification Certificate expressed thanks to the company for this lecturer selection activity. They stated that they had learnt a lot and it was a great honor for them to join the lecturer team. The senior leaders also said that this activity motivated the distributors to devote to market activities of the branch office with full enthusiasm. Through selection, more newly selected excellent lecturers are the strong backbone and support for the company¡¯s market development and play a very important role in the company¡¯s future development.
